This unit's brush applies 48 1/2 lb. of pressure and has a speed of 140 RPM to provide a deep clean on textured, non-slip, or safety floors. It also features a water recovery system that leaves you with streak-free, safe, dry floors. 27" squeegee, operated with an easy-turn steering wheel knob for one-handed operation for a tight, 53" turning radius with 90-degree steering and squeegee rotation that follows the machine around every curve.
